The Erie office will open starting Monday, May 11. Please note there are some new health guidelines, such as: do not come to the office if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, like fever or cough, or if you had them in the previous 14 days; please wear your mask; etc.

If you had an appointment that had to be canceled or you called during the shutdown, I will try to call you to schedule an appointment. If I don't reach you or you don't want to wait for me to call, you can call the Erie office 814-602-8309 to schedule there, or send me email: maki (at) makikurata (dot) com.

I will also be resuming in Edinboro, starting June 5. For Edinboro, please wait until after Memorial Day to schedule. I will also be reaching out to people at that time.
